This meeting will focus on your goals and how to meet them. Mel Gawi will advise on the specifics on your project, explore the site and its’ restrictions as well as its possibilities. During this free hour, you will receive expert advice, feedback, and get your questions answered.

Each project is different, and we will explore what options we have available to suit your budget and expectations. The options are tailored to suit the type of project, your design budget and requirements. Rest assured that we have something for everyone.
How it Works
We will guide you through the design process, and what to expect during this journey. We will offer guidance on how to get your project up and running, the consultants and other services you will need, and the best and most cost-effective way of achieving your dreams. Will you engage a builder, or take on an owner builder project? What permits do you need? How long will it all take? We will discuss your options and guide you in making the best decision for you.
