A planning permit application for a four-storey apartment building containing 11 dwellings and five townhouses over a basement on Glen Waverley’s record braking prime site has been approved by Monash Council.
The corner block site at 17 Marriott Parade, Glen Waverley caused turmoil back in April 2015 when it sold for $4.71 million. Adjoining site, 15 Marriott Parade was sold for $2.4 million and together, these sites combined have smashed residential sales records in Monash, selling over the $7 million mark.
The site is in a prime location on a combined area of 2169 sqm corner block opposite the Ibis hotel and Monash City Council.
The 11 large apartments and the 5 townhouses designed by Architeria Architects are all spacious with generous size living/dining and balconies. 10 of the apartments are 4-bedroom apartments with 2-3 bathrooms in each and one a 3-bedroom apartment.
